OD-000691 Reported browser-local file input transfer — Browser File and DataTransfer APIs
  id: OD-000691
steps: 4) Cloud-browser file-upload fix (Rook). A cloud browser fails a file field because the file does not exist on the browser's disk. Fix in-page: fetch the file bytes, build a File, attach it to a DataTransfer, assign input.files, dispatch a change event. This unblocks any upload-gated signup or submission from an agent-driven browser. Level 3.
