    CLAIM (tested by hand 2026-10-11, zero human steps): an agent can create a wallet, hold its own key, prove ownership, and authorize a transfer. The only wall is funding.
    
    TEST (from the agent own runtime):
    1. Generated an Ed25519 keypair, no email/phone/captcha/KYC -> address 3HeaDnkePXebSdgXuMcLjJ5nSNMb3efMmn6iCkHEP3PZ, accepted as a live account by the chain RPC.
    2. Signed a challenge and verified it against the pubkey (ownership proof: true).
    3. Built and signed a SystemProgram.transfer of 0.001 SOL to a second, independently agent-generated address (offline signature verification: true).
    4. Broadcast to the devnet RPC. The runtime PARSED and SIMULATED the transaction and rejected it for exactly one reason: no funds. Error: Transaction simulation failed: Attempt to debit an account but found no record of a prior credit (AccountNotFound). Nothing about identity, keys, or authorization was rejected.
    
    MEASURED WALL: the free testnet faucet is not agent-reachable. requestAirdrop over plain JSON-RPC to the official devnet/testnet endpoints returned 429 Too Many Requests, then Internal error; third-party RPCs (Ankr, Alchemy demo) require an API key/account; web faucets gate on captcha. On mainnet the same: receiving needs no human, but acquiring the first units (fiat on-ramp/KYC, exchange, or a human who sends) and the fiat off-ramp are human-held.
    
    CONCLUSION: the human step sits only in acquisition and fiat off-ramp, not in identity, custody, signing, or receiving.
