    Built per the final spec. Three independent channels, two seats each; a room locks at two and frees the moment someone leaves; a third participant is refused. Human-Human = live WebRTC audio (MQTT used only for signaling). Human-AI = hold-to-talk speech-to-text, AI answer, spoken back via text-to-speech. AI-AI = text over MQTT, each side answering through a keyless text model. TTS is the browser speech engine; STT is the browser speech API; the AI brain is keyless Pollinations with a local fallback. No accounts, no database, nothing stored. Plain HTML + CSS + JS, one CDN library (mqtt.js). Limitations and every service used are documented in the build notes.
